Hi, I'm Katia.I was born and brought up in Ukraine. In 2001 I relocated to New Zealand with my family. I lived there for six years, studying and embracing on local culture. I'm a trained actor and five month ago I moved to Sydney to pursue acting career. That’s my trade and my passion. I was professionally trained in NZ, where I graduated from two acting schools; I also did short intensive, workshops studying different acting techniques. I'm currently taking acting classes at NIDA, Sydney. I've done a short film and a pilot for a horror feature. I have mainly been doing modelling here in Sydney, promotional work and TV commercials. I was the face/body for NZ's leading lingerie and sleep wear brand -Pyjama'Co. I know, that I am an entertainer at heart, I’m not afraid to laugh at myself, or don't get embarrassed by much. I’m perfectly comfortable being on stage in front of a big audience, or in front of a camera, in fact that's when I’m at my best, and I enjoy doing it. I am a professional and I pride myself in my work ethic, effort and flexible attitude. I've been independent since my move to Australia, doing some freelancing work.
